Phil Sitter is a husband, father, and mission-driven entrepreneur. He started his first company at the age of 17 and has since built a diverse business portfolio, ranging from selling classic cars and owning a car wash to running several restaurant ventures. In 2018, he fully immersed himself in the SaaS industry.
His first major SaaS venture, VIPinsiders, was a mobile software designed to reward restaurant patrons for their purchasing frequency. By early 2020, VIPinsiders had scaled to over 400 restaurant chains and formed partnerships with some of the world's largest alcohol distributors to enhance their product marketing efforts.
When the hospitality industry was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, Phil saw an opportunity in the emerging Aesthetic and Cosmetic Industry. He applied the same principles of rewarding customers for their purchases, which led to the creation of RepeatMD in early 2021.
As of April 2023, RepeatMD had earned accolades such as “The Most Innovative Technology” award and expanded to over 90 employees. The company now serves thousands of practices across all 50 states and Canada. RepeatMD also successfully closed its Series Seed round of financing with Mercury Fund, based in Houston, TX, marking their largest seed round to date.
